The boys came home with another "special" chicken from the rodeo. She just needed a good home. Here is angel, another old non-laying chicken we have added to our farm.
The boys have had so much fun playing with each other this summer. It makes me so happy when they decide on their own to have a "brother day".

My sweet Spencer hosted a neighborhood breakfast. He cut up all the fruit and prepared the pancakes all by himself. It was a huge sucess!
Loved having Uncle and the Simmons at the parade with us.

I love this kid. so hears the story of his arm. He fell off a swing and hurt his collarbone.... but it took me two days and a death curdling scream to finally believe him and take him to the DR to find out he had broken his collarbone. Poor kid. He has been in a sling for the past week and a half. So here he is in is own little world chasing chickens. He actually caught one with one arm!!
Fabulous! These boys got a book at the library "How to make fake gross things" So here they are making fake doo doo cookies. Nice... Adam wanted me to make sure I posted this picture.
So that is our summer so far in a nut shell.
